Terms of Service

1. DEFINITION AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

Raw AI is a digital platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to provide general wellness analyses, personal development tracking, and a library of natural content recommendations based on users' declared physical data (height, weight, age), lifestyle habits, and mood entries. All services offered by the application are provided “as is” for general informational purposes only.

2. EXPRESS MEDICAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER (DETAILED MEDICAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER)

THIS SECTION IS THE MOST CRITICAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT AND FORMS THE BASIS OF ALL TERMS OF USE:

• Not a Medical Authority: Raw AI is not a healthcare organization, hospital, clinic, or medical diagnostic center. No feature within the application (Face Scan, Mr. Raw Chat, Organic Solutions) can be considered a medical examination, professional diagnosis, or treatment plan.
• AI Hallucinations and Errors: The AI models used within the application are mathematical systems that make predictions based on complex data sets. AI may generate information that is unrealistic, medically inaccurate, incomplete, or “hallucinatory” in nature and not applicable to your specific situation. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of this information before acting on it.
• Use Without Doctor Approval: If you have an existing illness, are pregnant, have a chronic condition, or take medication regularly, do not use any natural remedies or lifestyle changes recommended in the application without consulting your doctor. Herbal remedies may interact seriously with the medications you are taking.
• Emergency Warning: Do not use this application if you experience a sudden deterioration in your health or an emergency medical situation. Immediately contact the nearest professional healthcare facility or emergency services (e.g., 911).

3. USER DECLARATION AND DATA ACCURACY

Raw AI analyzes data manually entered by the user.

The user declares that data such as age, weight, height, allergy history, chronic diseases, and medication list are 100% accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

The user is responsible for all negative consequences arising from entering incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or third-party data into the system. Raw AI and the development team cannot be held responsible for any complications that may arise from the application of AI outputs based on incorrect data.

4. DATA PRIVACY, SECURE STORAGE, AND SUPABASE PROCESSES

The security of user data is ensured using the highest level of encryption methodologies:

• Cloud-Based Storage: User profiles, health declarations, and past analysis reports are stored on Supabase cloud servers using industry-standard AES-256 encryption protocols to ensure uninterrupted service and prevent data loss.
• Data Processing and AI: Anonymization techniques are applied while your data is being analyzed. Your data is never sold, rented, or used as a commercial commodity to advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party commercial entities.
• Image Data (Face Scan): Images provided during facial analysis are never stored on our servers. Image processing occurs in memory (RAM) and is permanently deleted from the system as soon as the analysis report is generated.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Raw AI and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the application or its content, including but not limited to:

• Any physical or psychological discomfort, allergic reactions, poisoning, or other health issues;
• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may result from the misdirection of artificial intelligence;
• Data loss due to technical malfunctions. The user accepts, declares, and undertakes (Full Release of Liability) that all risks are theirs and that they assume all responsibility from the moment they start using the application.

6. ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION

This agreement begins with the creation of the user account or the first use of the application. Raw AI reserves the right to update or change these terms without prior notice. If the user does not accept the current terms, they must delete their account and discontinue use of the service.
