The Application collects data within a limited scope to optimize the user experience and provide personalized health/wellness analyses:

• Identity and Contact Data: Name, age, and email address obtained during registration.
• Sensitive Health Data: Height, weight, allergen information, chronic medical conditions, pharmacological usage history, and wellness goals declared by the user.
• Usage and Interaction Data: In-app daily logs, mood data, and content created by the user.

2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The collected data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Creation of personalized wellness analyses and organic solution methodologies.
• Tracking user progress and reporting periodic health reports.
• Ensuring in-app security and fulfilling user requests.

Important: Your data will never be provided to third parties for advertising targeting or profiling purposes.

3. PROCESSING OF FACE ANALYSIS DATA (BIOMETRIC DATA PRIVACY)

Our firm commitments regarding data processed under the "Face Scan" feature are as follows:

• Temporary Processing: Images used during the face scanning process are processed only momentarily for the purpose of generating analysis output.
• Retention Prohibition: Image files are never stored on Raw AI servers or local device storage.
• Access Restriction: No individual, including application developers, can access the raw image data used during scanning. The data is digitally destroyed once the analysis is complete.

4. DATA STORAGE AND TECHNICAL SECURITY MEASURES

User data security is protected by industry-leading infrastructures:

• Storage Infrastructure: All user data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL infrastructure) with enterprise-level security certifications.
• Encryption Standards: Data is protected during transmission using TLS (Transport Layer Security) and at rest using AES-256 advanced encryption standards.
• Data Isolation: Each user's data is isolated at the database level and protected against unauthorized access by two-factor authentication and firewalls.

5. DATA SHARING AND NO-SALES COMMITMENT

Raw AI does not view user privacy as a commercial commodity:

• Absolute No-Sale Policy: Users' personal, demographic, or health data is never sold, rented, or traded to data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties under any circumstances.
• Operational Sharing: Data is shared only with technical infrastructure providers necessary for the application to perform its basic functions (within service agreements).

6. USER RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION

Users have absolute control over their data:

• Correction and Access: Users can access and update their data through the application settings.
• Right to Permanent Deletion: When a user deletes their account, all personal and sensitive data belonging to that user is promptly and irreversibly deleted from Supabase servers.
